Select a PROBLEM from the following list:

  1. Make sure the power cable is connected to the mains.
  2. Make sure the electric supply service is compatible with the product and country specifications.
  3. Make sure the main switch on the equipment is in the ON position.
  4. If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
  1. Make sure the three oil/UV bottles are properly connected in the corresponding slots on the rear side of the Konfort.
  2. Make sure the status LED on each bottle is on and GREEN (only for 760 and 780).
  3. If one or more status LEDs are RED, access the menu SETTINGS –> BOTTLE MANAGEMENT:
    1. Press the green ENTER button in correspondence of the bottle with the status erroneously marked with the red LED.
    2. Wait for the bottle registration confirmation message.
    3. Select the option ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS –> OIL SCALE RESET.
    4. Disconnect the three bottles from the corresponding rear slots.
    5. Press the ENTER button to confirm.
    6. Wait for the bottle scale reset confirmation through the specific message.
    7. Proceed with the calibration of the auxiliary scale associated with the bottle that generates the error message using the procedure attached to this document.
  4. If the problem persists, contact your TEXA Assistance Centre.
  1. Make sure the clear filter holder cup located on the side of the equipment is properly tightened.
  2. If the problem persists, contact your TEXA Assistance Centre.
  1. Press the ENTER button to confirm the message and follow the instructions.
    1. The equipment will allow a maximum of another two further measurements of the refrigerant purity before stopping the service.
    2. Start the Identifier Check procedure confirming the request that will appear by pressing STOP at the “Contaminated Refrigerant” message, that is by selecting the specific Refrigerant Identifier Check function from the Additional Functions menu.
    3. Follow the instruction and check the refrigerant identifier through an external tank of R1234yf or testing it on another vehicle.

  1. Starting from the Additional Functions menu, select the Incondensable Gas option.
  2. If the problem persists, contact your TEXA Assistance Centre.
  1. If during the recovery phase the pressure on the pressure gauges and on the display does not drop or reduces very slowly, make sure the quick couplers are properly fastened and tightened to the corresponding fittings on the vehicle’s A/C system.
    • Starting from the Additional Functions menu, select the Incondensable Gas option.
  2. If the problem persists, contact your TEXA Assistance Centre.
  1. Make sure a sufficient amount of oil and/or additive was introduced through the upper black cap on the PAG/POE oil or UV bottle.
    1. Make sure the upper black cap on the PAG/POE oil or UV bottle was tightened properly.
    2. Make sure the deformable membrane inside the PAG/POE oil or UV bottle is not punctured nor damaged.
  2. Make sure the oil and/or additive was inserted inside the corresponding bottle’s membrane and that there is not any fluid on the bottom of the cup.
  3. If the problem persists, contact your TEXA Assistance Centre.
  1. Make sure the quick couplers are properly fastened and tightened on the corresponding fittings on the vehicle’s A/C system.
  2. Make sure the scale is properly unlocked by applying pressure and rotating counter clockwise by 90°.
  3. Make sure the safety bar inside the equipment is lifted. To do so, using a 4 mm Allen wrench, loosen the two screws that fasten the bar to the cabinet’s metal edges, lift the screws up to the upper end of the slot and then tighten the screws again.
  4. Proceed with the calibration of the refrigerant scale using the procedure attached to this document.
  5. Through the information in the main menu, make sure there is refrigerant in the internal tank. We recommend a minimum amount od 3-4 kg of refrigerant. If the value is lower than this threshold, proceed with the tank refilling phase from the Additional Functions menu.
  6. If the problem persists, contact your TEXA Assistance Centre.
