Make sure the SD card is inserted correctly.

Make sure the tanks and scales are clear, and that there are no foreign bodies preventing their operation and proper weight detection.

The hopper cannot be adjusted in height.
Make sure the hopper’s tightening knob is loose and allows it to slide

The equipment does not carry out the flushing procedure properly.
Make sure the compressed air is connected.
The minimum pressure allowed is 3 bar.
Make sure you have connected the service hose to the vehicle’s system.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
The equipment does not carry out the system discharge procedure properly.
Make sure the hopper is positioned correctly under the vehicle and without hindrance.
Make sure you have connected the service hose to the vehicle’s system.
Make sure the DRAIN tank is empty.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
The fluid cannot be transferred from outside to inside the equipment.
Make sure the service hose is not damaged, bent or pinched.
Make sure the extension is connected correctly to the service hose.
Make sure the receiving tank is empty or has sufficient space to charge the amount of fluid entered by the operator and indicated in the display.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
The fluid cannot be transferred from inside to outside the equipment.
Make sure the service hose is not bent or pinched.
Make sure the extension is connected correctly to the service hose.
Make sure the service hose and the extension are inserted correctly in the tank.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
During the vacuum phase, the following message appears on the display: "EXPANSION VESSEL IS FULL OF FLUID".
Do not turn off the equipment during the automatic expansion vessel emptying procedure.
Make sure the vehicle’s system is completely emptied of fluid.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
During the vacuum phase, the following message appears on the display: "INSUFFICIENT VACUUM".
Make sure the vehicle’s system has successfully completed the vacuum procedure and that there are no leaks.
Make sure the vehicle’s system is perfectly closed and that all its components have been repositioned correctly before charging it.
Make sure the service hose is not damaged, bent or pinched.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
The equipment cannot be moved.
Make sure the wheels are free and undamaged.
Make sure the rear wheels are not locked.
If all the conditions above are met and the problem persists, contact the Authorised Assistance Centre.
Fluid comes out of the equipment.
Turn off the equipment immediately.
